About our Speaker
Sheri Johnson is an Executive leader with a passion for leadership and staff development, employee engagement, and customer experience. In her role as Vice President of Member Enrollment & Billing at UCare, she leads a team of 70 people including 9 leaders.
With 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Sheri has worked in both non-profit and for-profit organizations representing providers, vendors, and payers. She has experience and expertise in many functional areas including Human Resources, Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, Learning & Development, Revenue Cycle and Contact Center Operations.
Sheri holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
