Please Join us on May 17th, 2023 for an exciting presentation on the rapid acceleration of change in technology by Nicholas A. Tseffos. Following Nicholas’ presentation, we will see a live demo of ChatGPT in the Contact Center by our event sponsor, Five9.

This event is a great opportunity to invite your IT co-workers and management team to learn more about these emerging trends.

Session: Technology Megatrends by Nicholas A. Tseffos

The world is changing at exponential speed due to the convergence of technology: AI, 3D printing, robotics, quantum computing, blockchain, and ubiquitous high bandwidth connectivity. The next twenty years will be one of the most significant times in history to be alive. But do you understand how these advances will affect your life? Your work?

Join your contact center colleagues as Nicholas walks us through the technology megatrends that will change our lives forever. With over twenty years of experience managing sales at EDCi, a Value Added Reseller in NE Wisconsin, and the last six years researching technology trends for his novel, The Alleged Conspiracy, his presentation is not focused on the bits and bytes of our industry. But on a larger scale, focusing on developments that will rock our world.
