About Our Speaker Dan Smitley

Dan has worked as an agent at a dial-up internet company, floor supervisor for a BPO, and WFM director for both a travel agency and tech startup. Over the past 20 years he's focused on helping organizations not only achieve productivity but also employee engagement through WFM. He's consistently championed the importance of work/life balance through flexible scheduling and remote work. He is also known for being people-centric in his leadership approach and system building in and around the WFM practice. Through his consulting he's continuing to champion positive culture and system changes that increase employee fulfillment and productivity while providing the exceptional customer service every organization needs to build brand loyalty.
